Well we were kind of forced into it a little bit by a C&D impostor, but Crumbs and Doilies has finally made it's way over to Facebook. Of course, my little blog is still the go-to place for all the latest goings-on round C&D way, but for those of you who like to stay abreast of such things why not join our little gang? Tea Party cupcakes

Easter Cupcakes!

The fields are full of gambolling lambs, little fluffy chicks are everywhere underfoot and somewhere a very special bunny is getting ready to make his rounds. Or something. Anyway, Spring is well and truly springing and it's nearly Easter! And full details of this year's Easter cupcake eggstravaganza are up on the main site now!

We'll be offering a selection of fantastic Easter cupcakes at our Chelsea stall on Saturday 11th April and as always it'll be a first-come first-served affair. Afternoon all. Sorry for the brief bogging hiatus - been a bit of a busy monkey this week... Anyway, in light of that let's have a quick cupcake catch-up shall we?
Here's some Kiddie Karting cupcakes for Barbara's karting kiddies.

Co-ordinating cupcakes is all very well, but sometimes it's nice to just kick back and let the sprinkles fly - you know? Here's a nice colourful selection we did for Angela.

The wait is over! Or, er, something. After meticulous cataloguing of my sprinkles and some heated conference calls with bespectacled design supremo Shaun here it is - the new and improved C&D flyer! Sam and Jemma insist that the brown 'doily' side is the 'front', but I think we can all see where the real action is! Peep the sprinkly goodness down up above, and see if you can spot the hidden extra!

Morning all. C&D birthday book

Hi everyone - and a very special hi to Ashleigh Marie, a massive C&D fan stranded all the way around the other side of the world in Australia. Hand delivering our cupcakes outside of London is tough enough, so when Ashleigh's pal Kirsty emailed to see if we could come up with a little birthday surprise for her we figured we'd do the next best thing... A few late nights later and voila - Ashleigh Marie's very own limited edition one-of-one C&D Birthday book!

More rainbow cupcakes

Remember those great rainbow cupcakes from a while back? Here's a slightly smaller (but no less ace) box we did for Hannah...

Hi all. Just time to tell you about this month's Flavour of the Month - Peanut Butter! We tried a whole bunch of peanut butters before settling on our favourite (American classic Skippy) and the result is a cupcake that's smooth, nutty and deliciously moreish. Peanut butter sponge (including both smooth and crunchy varieties) topped with peanut butter and chocolate buttercream and a selection of my favourite sprinkles, including real Mini Reese's Pieces.

Peanut Butter Cupcakes will be available from our Kings Road stall every Saturday during March, and you can also order them in the usual way.
