Hi all. Just a quick note to let you know that the C&D stall won't be open on the Kings Road this weekend (but we'll be there every Saturday except this one, and at Covent Garden on Thursdays).

A couple of big sprinkle shipments arrived on the same day so I had to book 'em all in and stack 'em all up, and then I got a little over-excited by the fact that I'd arranged them in spectral colour order that I had to lie down for a while. Competition winner - May!

Hi all. Just a quick post to congratulate Rebecca, who picked the winning entry for May's Name the Cupcake competition. Rebecca scooped top spot (and 24 mini cupcakes plus free stand!) with her name, 'Sweety Crawly'. Well done Rebecca, well done indeed. One of my helpers will be in touch to hook you up with the free cupcakes.

A special mention also to Tessa, who came so close with her suggestion of 'Sweety Crawlies' - stymied by an unnecessary plural there Tess, but don't worry - we'll be in touch with a little consolation prize for you.

Free Cupcake Thursdays!

Great news for people who like cupcakes. Even better news for people who like free cupcakes. We're going to be giving away a limited number of free cupcakes every Thursday via our Covent Garden market stall!

There'll be five boxes of a dozen cupcakes available each week and to get your hands on some you'll need to keep an eye on our Twitter page. Follow us (or keep checking back) and every Wednesday or Thursday throughout the summer we'll post up instructions on how to nab yourself some of London's greatest cupcakes, for free! Flavour of the Month - May!

It's that time of the month again folks... This month's Flavour of the Month - or FotM as I'm constantly trying to get people to call it around here to save me on typing time - is Turkish Delight! It's an exotic, moreish pistachio sponge topped with a delicious rosewater-infused buttercream, and it's good, very good (I've conducted my own extensive tests).

Turkish Delight cupcakes will be making their début at the Kings Road stall tomorrow, and you can find them there every Saturday and in Covent Garden every Thursday during May. And, of course, you can order them from us for collection or delivery in the usual way.
