New flavours - the gang's all here!

Hi all. More exciting new website-related gubbins with the news that (as some of you may have noticed) our flavour range has expanded! Of course, the classics are all still present and correct (Vanilla, Lemon, Chocolate, Vanilla Rose, Earl Grey and the ever-awesome Flavour of the Month) but they're joined by 3 new pals - an amazingly decadent Red Velvet, smooth Salted Caramel and, for the first time, Gluten Free!

You can find out more about the new guys - and the old ones - over on the flavours page. They're all available to order via the site for delivery or collection, and we'll be bringing a selection along to our Saturday market stalls each week for you to buy direct.

Hope you like 'em! And don't forget that from tomorrow we'll be breaking out the raspberries for July's Flavour of the Month: Raspberry Ripple!

Hi all. Obviously Crumbs and Doilies is the go-to spot for your London-based cupcake needs, but what if you're a talented home-baker looking to add a bit of pizazz to your own cupcake creations? Well, good news! As part of our new site we're launching the C&D online supplies and equipment store!

Tired of paying through the nose for inferior-quality paper cases and cake boxes? £4 bags of sprinkles? So were we. So we've tried to keep our prices as fair as possible and over the coming months we'll be adding more new items and sprinkles to the store for your cupcake-related pleasure. There's a pretty sweet range up there right now from the get-go, and to make it even sweeter we're offering 10% off all purchases made from now until the end of the month. Just enter the word june in the discount box at checkout!

And before you ask, I'm absolutely fine with making my precious sprinkles available to you guys. It's not a problem. I don't have an issue with it. No issue of any kind. It's totally cool. Really. It is. It's fine. I'm fine. I've, er, gotta go. Byee!

New website!

Hi all. Exciting news! Despite having precisely zero web design experience and severely limited intelligence the guys have been working late on a new project (with a little help from yours truly) for the past couple of weeks and I'm pleased to announce that the new Crumbs and Doilies website is now "live", as they say.

It's a lot like the old one - plenty of delightful cupcake pictures, order details and information - but with a few new features, which I'll highlight a little later once I've checked off this morning's sprinkle delivery. In the meantime please do have a browse around and let us know if you spot anything funny or if your computer blows up (it shouldn't).

FotM for June: Green Tea!

Hi all. Hope you had a super bank holiday weekend. Just a quickie to let you know that this month's Flavour of the Month is officially Green Tea! Made with real Sencha green tea (all the way from Shizuoka in Japan) and a hint of Madagascan vanilla these little guys are light, fragrant and perfect for summer snacking. They'll be available at both our Kings Road and Covent Garden stalls every Saturday throughout June, and you can order them for deliver and collection over on the main site.
